by Online Shopper, Dec 16, 2009 I still don't have the order. The order tracking doesn't work, and phone customer service takes way too long. The one time I held on long enough to talk with someone, they promised delivery three days ago. It's been over two weeks so far.

by Online Shopper, Dec 16, 2009 Items shipped UPS received; items shipped Office Max courier were NOT delivered to my home. I called, trace started, no one called back to say where items were delivered. Days later found delivery made to empty house nearby. Very poor service-no excuse.
