by Online Shopper, Dec 11, 2009 The order took a long time. I am not sure why the sales rep did not just offer to hold one when it came in...I would have had it much sooner. I called to store to find out where my shipment was, and they could not really tell me anything

by Online Shopper, Dec 11, 2009 My complaint with WHBM is their product availability. I intended to purchase a pair of shoes with my order, but my size 5.5 is only available online and sold out quickly with no reorder. More of this size should be offered online or available in stores.
