by Online Shopper, Dec 12, 2009 Oneida shipped wrong items. I bought Iced Teaspoons, received Teaspoons. Kathy was nice, but blamed me. Now have to pay to send back the wrong items. Oneida should pay shipping for the error. I'm not satisfied; Kathy said to send back the entire order.

by Online Shopper, Dec 11, 2009 The catalog picture didn't match the online picture, so wasn't sure if I was ordering the same item as in the catalog. Once received, I saw it did match. But an exact matching picture in both places would have helped.

by Online Shopper, Dec 10, 2009 The on-line ordering system was a mess, but I did get my order placed. A staff person called me to follow up in response to my comment. It wasn't a "problem," per se, I got my order in and filled, but it was a nuisance and time-consuming, all the same.
